[Today Jax is thankful for: my room]
Today I'm thankful for Target. When I was a little girl, my Mammaw & Pappaw took me on trips all over the US, but we traveled to Dallas the most. #1-Mammaw's sister lived there, #2-Mammaw was convinced that Dallas had more clothes than Shreveport, & #3-We just love to travel! It was at that young age that a deep love for Target was born inside me.
When I was 18, we finally got a Target in Shreveport. (Sound the Hallelujah chorus...) & since I married, Target became Super Target & added a grocery store &, for the most part, saved me from the pits of Walmart. ;)
When we travel to a different city, I always visit their Target if they have one. When we found out we were moving, it was one of the first things I checked on!
They have:
-higher-end, higher quality things for almost Walmart prices
-if it isn't on sale-there are SO many ways to save: coupons, the Debit Red Card, the cartwheel app
-Big designers design special lines for them
-awesome play clothes for the boys (& the selection grows & grows)
-I actually started shopping Target clothes when I was pregnant b/c they have some great maternity lines
Honestly, the list could go on & on, but you get the gist.
Thank You Lord for the little pleasures in life! :)
