[Today Jax is thankful for: stuffed animals]
Today I'm thankful for the beautiful blessing of prayer partners.
I am so fortunate that I have always had access to some of God's greatest prayer warriors. Whenever I have a prayer need, I have a number of women that I can go to at any moment with anything & I know that their heart will be burdened as much as mine (if not more) to go to the Lord on my behalf (or for whatever the prayer need is) & anything I tell them is held in the greatest confidence.
Wherever I go, I'm drawn to these precious prayer warriors. In all cases, not long after I meet these people, it is very obvious to me that this is a person with their own direct line to God. Once a relationship is formed with this person, they stay a "forever friend." The best thing about this is that, as I get older, I just get more & more prayer partners added to my life!
I am thankful for them for MANY reasons:
-They've shown me how to seek the Lord & pray.
-They've taught me the power of praying God's own Word.
-They bear my burdens (Gal. 6:2)
-They make "two or more" (Matt. 18:20)
-It is sooo effective! (James 5:16)
Thank You Lord for blessing me with many mighty praying friends!
