Today I'm thankful for my awesome Grandparents!
Growing up I was definitely a Pappaw's girl. Grandparents have always been an important part of my life. They provide unconditional love, wisdom, joy, depth, memories, the best hugs, & seem to love on you in a way that can make you feel like a child again.
Dustie & I have been VERY blessed with amazing Grandparents. Mammaw, Pappaw, Ma, & TaTang for me.
Meme, PawPaw, Grandma Dorothy (Granny to me), & Grandad (& Grandma Bobbie before my time) for Dustie.
Our holidays revolve around them. In fact, one of my favorite things about them is that I get that excited, joyful feeling anytime I'm around them!
Grandma Bobbie, Pappaw, Ma, & Meme have all gone to be with the Lord, but they still play a huge role in our lives today. These are just 5 more things that make Heaven so much sweeter to my family. I look forward to the day we meet them at the *South Gate!

*Dustie decided a few years ago that when we go to Heaven, whether it's separately or through the rapture, we (all of our family) are to meet at the South Gate of Heaven. Southerners forever! Haha!
